Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TONGATE. We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders.

Fulfillment and Shipping Times
All orders are fulfilled through Amazon's fulfillment network (Multi-Channel Fulfillment). 
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placement.
- Standard shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days to most U.S. addresses.
- During peak seasons (such as holidays from mid-October to mid-January), slight delays may occur due to high demand.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30 (USD) within the contiguous United States. For orders under $30, a flat shipping fee of $2.99 will apply.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package through the provided link or on our website in your account order history.

Shipping Restrictions and Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen events (weather, holidays, etc.).
- Signature may be required for high-value orders at the carrier's discretion.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at tongatesupport@yeah.net. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
